马斯达尔混合项目1号变电站电气安装项目恒温仓库安装工程工作内容包含但不限于：
The work scope for the Electrical Installation Project at Masdar Mixed Project No.1 Substation – Constant Temperature Warehouse Installation Works includes, but is not limited to:
恒温仓库，空调设施供货及安装
Constant-temperature warehouse-supply and installation of air conditioning systems.
（1）15m×100m、檐高 5.5m、净高 3.5m 重型钢结构恒温大棚主体施工；
（2）大棚阻燃防水亚克力涂层篷布铺装（850g，高低温耐候、抗撕裂、市政消防认证）；
（3）两套 1.4m×4m PVC 密闭大门制作安装；
（4）25 台 5 吨恒温空调供货、就位、管线安装调试；
（5）合甲方提供空调配电计算书、设备合规证书。
(1) Construction of the main structure of a heavy-duty steel-framed constant-temperature greenhouse with dimensions of 15m × 100m, eave height of 5.5m, and clear height of 3.5m;
(2) Installation of flame-retardant and waterproof acrylic-coated篷布 (850g/m2, high/low temperature weather-resistant, tear-resistant, and certified for municipal fire safety);
(3) Fabrication and installation of two sets of 1.4m × 4m PVC sealed gates;
(4) Supply, installation, and commissioning of 25 units of 5-ton constant-temperature air conditioners;
(5) Coordination with Party A to provide the air conditioning power distribution calculation document and equipment compliance certificates;
配套辅助、收尾及规费相关工作
Supporting auxiliary work, finalization work, and administrative fee-related tasks
（1）本项目临建工程 5% 增值税申报、缴纳相关配套工作；
（2）图纸深化、现场尺寸复核、按附图施工、分部分项自检；
（3）完成上述清单内所有分项的成品保护、零星修补；
（4）执行所有必要的辅助性小型工程，以确保全面功能实现。
(1) handling of the 5% VAT declaration and payment for the temporary construction works of this project, along with all related supporting procedures;
(2) detailed drawing preparation, on-site dimension verification, construction in accordance with the attached drawings, and self-inspection of individual work items;
(3) completion of finished product protection and minor repairs for all items listed above;
(4) execution of all ancillary minor works required to ensure the full functionality .
四、资格要求与合同条件Qualification Requirements and Contract Terms
3.1为履行本施工合同，响应人至少应满足本采购项目的施工资质等级（建筑总包资质），并符合当地资质要求（阿联酋），具备完成类似工程的施工经验和业绩，****点击查看集团江****点击查看公司的资格审查，****点击查看集团江****点击查看公司的合格分包商。
3.1 To fulfill this construction contract,the respondent shall meet at least the construction qualification level (General Contracting Qualification for Construction) required for this procurement project， comply with local qualification requirements (United Arab Emirates), possess construction experience and track record in completing similar projects, pass the qualification review conducted by China Electric Power Construction Group Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd., and become a qualified subcontractor of China Electric Power Construction Group Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd.
3.2响应人必须具有独立法人资格，本项目不接受以联合体形式的响应。
3.2 The bidder must possess independent legal person status; consortium bids are not accepted for this project.
3.3为具有被授予合同的资格，响应人应提供令采购人满意的资格文件，以证明其符合响应合格条件和具有履行合同的能力。为此，所提交的响应文件中应包括下列资料。
3.3 To qualify for award of the contract, the bidder shall submit qualification documents satisfactory to the procuring entity, demonstrating compliance with the required eligibility criteria and capability to perform the contract. The submitted response documents shall include the following materials.
3.3.1有关确立响应法律地位的原始文件的有效复印件及原件扫描件（包括营业执照、资质等级证书、安全施工资格证、法人代表证或委托代理人证明书等），复印件需盖原章。
3.3.1 Valid copies and scanned originals of the original documents establishing legal compliance status (including business license, qualification certification, safety construction qualification certificate, legal representative certificate, or power of attorney), with all copies bearing the official seal.

3.3.2 Fill in the company's organizational structure, as well as details of the project manager, site management personnel, and key construction staff to be assigned for this project, in accordance with the specified format.
3.3.3按规定格式提供完成本工程拟采用的主要施工机械设备或工机具情况。
3.3.3 Provide, in the prescribed format, details of the main construction machinery and equipment or tools planned for use in this project.
3.3.4完成的与本工程相似的业绩及其合同履行情况。
3.3.4 Completed projects similar to this one and their contract performance records.
3.4中标人在接到中标通知书后5个日历日内开始合同谈判，并在10个日历日内签订完承包合同。
3.4 The winning bidder shall commence contract negotiations within 5 calendar days upon receiving the award notice and finalize the contract within 10 calendar days.
