简要规则描述：为进一步落实市、区电动自行车安全隐患全链条整治行动实施方案，更好消除消防安全隐患，切实保障人民群众生命财产安全，拟开展 2026 年非机动车集中停放充电场所建设项目，项目主要实施内容为**非机动车集中停放充电车棚，非机动车集中停放充电车棚安装消防喷淋、烟感探测器、防火隔断等。（具体数量及要求详见工程量清单及图纸。）

Brief Specification Description: In order to further implement the implementation plan for the full chain rectification of safety hazards of electric bicycles in the city and district, better eliminate fire safety hazards, and effectively ensure the safety of people's lives and property, it is proposed to carry out the construction project of non motorized vehicle centralized parking and charging places in 2026. The main implementation content of the project is to build a new non motorized vehicle centralized parking and charging shed, install fire sprinklers, smoke detectors, fire partitions, etc. in the non motorized vehicle centralized parking and charging shed. (For specific quantities and requirements, please refer to the bill of quantities and drawings.)

（6）业绩要求：无；
（7）其他要求：无。
