为满足辖区居民安全充电需求，降低电动自行车充电火灾风险，根据《2026年**区消防工作意见》（沪浦消专委【2026】15号）、《电动自行车集中充电和停放场所设计标准》（沪建标定【2024】179号）相关文件工作要求，结合前期实地排摸调研及相关小区的居民意见征询，现拟在张桥一街坊、中大苑及正旺苑3个居民小区开展电动自行车集中充电设施安装项目，内容包括安装电动自行车充电主机、充电桩、视频监控等。通过完善硬件配套设施建设，优化小区电动自行车充电点位布设，为居民群众创造更加方便、安全的充电环境。

（二）在中介集市报名前1年内存在2次记入一般不良诚信档案行为的；

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.

回避情形

（一）参与同一项目采购的不同中介服务机构法定代表人或实际控制人为同一人的；
